After your purchase you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. Within your confirmation email you will be updated with tracking information as soon as it becomes available. Please allow 1-5 processing days excluding weekends to receive updated tracking information and a shipping email confirmation. It takes some time for us to get the product off our shelves, packed and ready for shipment. Sometimes due to high demand we may even need to make the product to order. 

You will receive multiple emails updating you on the shipment status keeping you up to date on exactly where your order is. 

For Domestic orders please expect:

We use a mix of USPS, UPS, Fedex, and DHL in order to keep our fragile products safe in transit and to keep costs lower for customers. 

To manage this, we use our website to track orders and it easily combines all of the carriers into one page. Because we have fragile products, it is common for orders to arrive sooner but please expect 10-15 business days for your order to reach you.

We are home-based in Scottsdale AZ USA (some of our team works remotely).

We are a team of prolific designers, our mission is simple: To design and curate gorgeous hand made products that make people more comfortable in their homes. 

We design and work with various manufacturers to manufacture and produce our products. We are constantly creating new visions, reiterating and striving to produce the best possible products for our customers.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

International shipping can cost up to 75% of the cost of the goods to return. In the event of a return, you have the option to accept a 50% refund and keep the product, instead of shipping it to the United States.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thewoodencurator@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship your order in separate packages the following are reasons this may happen:

If you have multiple shipments they are usually delivered within days of eachother.

USA: Our products are handmade, fragile and there are current events due to Covid-19 effecting shipping times. please expect 10-15 days for delivery.

Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia : Customs can cause significant delays in arrival times. please expect 21-30 days.

 We (The Wooden Curator) will not be responsible for charges incurred due to import duties, VAT, tax, etc., These charges are the responsibility of you the customer.

Depending on your country there may be costs incurred for taxes, import duties, VAT, etc. These are not the responsibility of The Wooden Curator but must be taken care of by the customer. 

We will do our best to cancel any order before it ships. If the order has not shipped we can cancel it and refund your money. Please email thewoodencurator@gmail.com with your name and order number. 

If you have received a shipping confirmation email with a link to view your tracking, then your order has been shipped and we cannot immediately cancel your order. You will have to follow the Return Policy

Please email thewoodencurator@gmail.com with your name and order number. We will do our best to change the order before it ships our customer service team reviews tickets in order and delays may cause your order to ship before we could change it. 

If you have received a shipping confirmation email with a link to view your tracking, then your order has been shipped and we cannot immediately change your order. You will have to follow the Return Policy below.

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and payments with Affirm. For additional details refer to the payment icons located in the footer.

Two reasons this may have happened.

  • 1.Your order was never actually placed and processed.
  • 2.You have entered an incorrect email address with your order.

Please check your spam folder in your eamail for your order confirmation. In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please email: thewoodencurator@gmail.com 

First of all, we are sorry, we want to fix this for you, and are willing to refund or replace your broken or damaged order.

Simply fill out our returns and exchanges form. Please provide as much detail and information that you are able including photos.
