After your purchase you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 business days (Business days exclude weekends and holidays.) to receive updated tracking information and a shipping confirmation email.  

You will receive multiple emails updating you on the shipment status keeping you up to date on exactly where your order is. 

For Domestic orders, we offer USPS and Fedex. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. While USPS is the cheapest option, we have experienced occasional problems with USPS and highly recommend domestic customers choose Fedex at checkout. 

International orders typically arrive within 10-15 business days.

Our warehouse is based in Memphis, TN USA (but we are spread out throughout the United States). We are a team of prolific designers, our mission is simple: To design and curate gorgeous hand made products that make people more comfortable in their homes. 

We design and work with various manufacturers to manufacture and produce our products. We are constantly creating new visions, reiterating and striving to produce the best possible products for our customers.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return. A full refund can only be warranted if you are not returning the product.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@thewoodencurator.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

You will receive an email with your tracking info when your order ships.

If you haven't received tracking information after 4 business days, please contact us at support@thewoodencurator.com.

United States: 3-7 Business Days (Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude holidays.)

Everywhere Else: 10-15 Business Days (Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude holidays.)

If we ship to you, there will be 1-2 "Shipping methods" available to you at checkout. The cost will vary depending upon your shipping address and order amount.


If we do not ship to you, you will see this after entering your Shipping address and clicking "Continue to shipping". 


We (The Wooden Curator) will not be responsible for charges incurred due to import duties, VAT, tax, etc., These charges are the responsibility of you the customer.

Depending on your country there may be costs incurred for taxes, import duties, VAT, etc. These are not the responsibility of The Wooden Curator and must be taken care of by the customer. 
You may cancel any order as long as you contact customer service with your name and order number at support@thewoodencurator.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, your order cannot be cancelled.

Please email support@thewoodencurator.com with your name and order number. We will do our best to change the order before it ships. 

Please request the change the day you place the order to ensure it is shipped your request in mind. 

If you have received a shipping confirmation email with a link to view your tracking, then your order has been shipped and we cannot immediately change your order. You will have to request an exchange when your order arrives.

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal. For additional details refer to the payment icons located in the footer.

There are two reasons this may have happened.

1. Your order was never actually placed and processed.

2. You entered an incorrect email address when placing your order.

Please check your spam folder for your order confirmation. In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please email support@thewoodencurator.com.

First of all, we are sorry, in rare cases items are damaged in transit. If this does happen, we want to fix this for you and are willing to refund or replace your broken or damaged order.

Simply contact us at support@thewoodencurator.com. Please provide us with as much information as possible including photos of the damage.
