All orders ship from Memphis, Tennessee, USA and are typically processed within 1 business day (Business days exclude weekends and holidays.) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and this will include a link to our website where you can track your order.

We offer USPS and Fedex to our domestic customers. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. While USPS is the cheapest option, we have experienced occasional problems with USPS and highly recommend customers choose Fedex at checkout.
We offer international shipping to every country but if you want to be sure email us at support@thewoodencurator.com.
International orders typically arrive within 10-15 business days.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Wooden Curator is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can look up your order to see the tracking information using the order number or your email address on our tracking page.
If there have been no updates from the tracking information within 16 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@thewoodencurator.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
You may cancel any order as long as you contact customer service with your name and order number at support@thewoodencurator.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
After 2 hours, your order cannot be cancelled.
As stated above, we expect that our products will be delivered between 3-15 business days depending on location. If a product takes longer than 15 business days to be delivered and is not going to a Military Base or PO Box, it will be considered lost.
In the event of a lost shipment, we will file a claim with the shipping company and give you the option of an immediate refund or replacement of your lost product.
If the courier states that it has been delivered, but you are not in possession of it, please submit a claim with the courier and inform us of your claim by sending the claim # and your order # to support@thewoodencurator.com.
We will give you the option of an immediate refund or replacement of your lost product. It is advised that we use a different address if possible.
A household (street address) will only be eligible for this refund or replacement once.
If your order has shipped and you want to return it, please reach out to support@thewoodencurator.com.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return.A full refund can only be warranted if you are not returning the product.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 5 days at support@thewoodencurator.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
